I have like a life uniform. I’m not a big fan of patterns or bright colors. I nudes or cool colors. I’m going to try and spice it up a little but for now, I’m just getting used to dressing my body. So I don’t know if there’s a rule against nudes in the fall like there is white after labor day but I’m going to stick to what I know, for now.
A white tunic is a staple. It’s like a white tee shirt. Actually, I’m not sure if this is a tunic or a dress. I wear dresses as shirts often. It’s like a modesty hack. Another staple, a beige, neutral long cardigan and my favorite thing that I’ve ever sewed in my life! Wide-legged pants. I’m in love, I’ve made a pair in every color and I’m in love. They are so comfortable and so easy to style. I’ve always been a sucker for a big tote. I’ve also traded in my big mommy totes, for a small practical tory bag.
The other staple is what you can’t see. A SOLID FOUNDATION. Because I’ve been indulging in pumpkin spice everything and I’ve clearly gained a few pounds back.
I’m excited about this outfit because I was apart of the actual production and it’s my favorite. Since putting on weight, I’ve been keeping it kind of dark. Navy, Olive, Black. But with the right foundation, I’m reuniting with nudes!
This is one of the few full body pictures that I have taken since I’ve had the baby and I love it. I’m embracing the after baby me, and I’m okay with it!
